I had the tilt rebuilt for a Force 125 and I'm having a problem bleeding it off now. We have been going by the manual but it only goes up to the first phase then won't go any further. It also won't stay up. Any help or information regarding this would be greatfully appreciated.

Re: Bleeding tilt for Force 125

RJ,
Here is a lot of information that helped me on getting mine to work again. Clanton knows this trim inside and out and I would say is an expert on these engines. Here is the post with all of his help to me: http://www.iboats.com/cgi-bin/ubb/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic;f=17;t=009072

Hope this will help you.

Make sure that they replaced the little tiny seat valves as he stated in the Pilot check valves. This is what my problem was.

Thanks,
Bryan Cox

When it is right, it will self bleed, fill will fluid and cycle 5 times.
