Can anyone help me? I just installed a new trim motor and now cant get the motor to stay up it will try to go up but as soon as you take your finger off the trim button it goes right back down. i dont know how to bleed it. the trim motor was off for a while and the motor was let up and down by hand several of times.I guess it has alot of air in it. i just bought the boat and am trying to fix it up so i dont know much about it or if their is a screw on the trim pump that someone might have loosened so they could let the motor up and down by hand what you all think

bleeding procedure is to cycle the system a few times.
sounds like the manual release valve got left open.

how do i find the manual release valve and what does it look like. so i need to prop my motor u and run the ram rods in and out a few times and then what. when i pull the fill valve off the fluid looks milky i think it is air bubbles.
