blocking off oil injection on a V6, what about the 12 hoses?

Do I plug all 12 fittings? One on each cylinder and one on each carb? thanks

I think you mean the Bleed line fittings.Nothing to do with oil injection.Id leave them alone.

NO, those hoses recirc puddled fuel/oil and are necessary to proper lubrication of the motor.

I've learned a lot n the last few days. Engine is a 76 175 blackmax. I just need to know if my hoses go to each fitting correctly. right now bottm two under cabs are going to top crisscross.

Did you save the manual I sent you in your previous posts? There should be a diagram in there.

Which lines are you trying to check, is it the bleed system or the oil injection? Can't seem to determine from the previous posts.

A 1976 175hp is not a oil injected motor, it dont ever have a casting boss for oil pump to mount to...

It a combined book, oil injection was not on the V-6 motors till 1986....

No confusion.it's the bleed system.I thought 12 fittings was a dead give away...lol.
12 fittings is also a good clue it's a 6 line system,some like mine is a 5 line system.
Routing V6 175 HP...Cylinder to Reed as follows.(c1 to r4,c3 to r6,c5 to r2,c2 to r5,c4 to r1,c6 to r3) as of 1983 and not too sure of any changes from 1976.
