Blowing Fuse on 70hp Evinrude Outboard

I have a 1977 70HP Evinrude outboard. Runs great and have never had an issue until now. Had to take ignition switch off after part of my key broke off and was stuck in the switch. Carefully got the piece out and reconnected the ignition. After this, every time I start the engine, the 20 AMP fuse back on the motor blows. It will start and run once with a new fuse but needs replaced every time in order to do this. Checked the connections and grounds and those appear fine. What could I be missing?

There is a positive wire shorting to ground somewhere.----Should not be hard to find.
