blue drain plug locations, 4.3 alpha

the blue drain plugs were removed and put in a bag last fall by the previous owner, i know where 4 of them go but the 5th one is baffling me,<br />two are on each side of the block,<br />so where does the 5th one go???<br />thanks in advance...

Hook up the muffs, start the engine. you will see where the water is coming from. shut it down amd put the plug there.

One on each side of the block, that's 2.<br />One in the bottom of each exhaust manifold, that's 4.<br />One in the bottom of the power steering cooler, that's 5.

or it goes on the hose between the eng. circ.pump and therm housing.

I have 5 on my '05 4.3. The odd one goes at the bottom of the circlation pump hose. I do not have one in the PS cooler.
