I have a 19ft alluminum boat both of the dashes are loose the beam of the is two inches wider then it should be. the windshield door is two inches from closing. how do i fix it.

Chuck,<br /><br />It sounds as if your side consoles are a structural part of the boat. Reattaching them to the floor and gunwales may help bring the hull back into shape.

if you can, loosen them up and push them back into<br />place then tightn back up. have done this with<br />several windshields over the years.

Sounds to me like you could put a couple of big clamps on the sides of the boat, with some wood under them to protect the hull, and use a come-a long to pull it in those 2 inches. Do it gradually and use some beefy hardware to reattach the consoles. Good luck!
