Blue Sea add a battery grounding - Common or separate?

Please excuse this poor diagram but is this is the appropriate way to ground my dual battery system?

Engine grounded to its starter battery, house load grounded to their own house battery, and the 2 batteries are grounded to each other with a 4 guage wire?

You are correct on how to ground your batteries.

I forgot to ask , can I just ground the ACR to any battery?

Yes you can. Battery grounds are jumpered together...
