The directions seem clear enough.

For wiring, follow the diagram below and these steps:​

1. Connect the Bicolor Bow Lights to Switch #2.​

2. Install a 16 AWG jumper wire between the “NAV Diode” tab and the output terminal of Switch #3. <---<<<​

3. Connect the 360? Anchor Light to Switch #3.

the tab is between the two upper switch (2&3), so where do i hook up the jumper. http://assets.bluesea.com/files/resources/instructions/6443.pdf

You jumper the tab to "The Output Terminal of Switch #3."
The same place you connect the Wire going to the White Anchor light.

For wiring, follow the diagram below and these steps:

1. Connect the Bicolor Bow Lights to Switch #2.​

2. Install a 16 AWG jumper wire between the "NAV Diode" Tab and the output terminal of Switch #3. <---<<<​

3. Connect the 360? Anchor Light to Switch #3.

When you activate Switch #2 The RED/GRN Bow Lights will illuminate, along with the White Anchor light, as if you switched #3 ON also.
When you activate Switch #3 The White Anchor light will illuminate only.
