We typically leave our boat in the water on weekends and during peak summer.
We were thinking of moving our dock so we have it in deeper water (water level fluctuates daily). That unfortunaly puts the boat out of view from the house. The boat launch is closed after dark and the lake is only open to people who live there. So I'm not to worried about theft from boat traffic. I am more concerned about teens walking in the woods and coming across the boat.
How do you protect your boat when you can not view it ? (and leave it in the water)
Is there alarms that will send a signal if the cover is removed ?
