Boat hull identification

This isn't a question I ever thought I'd have to ask BUT how do I identify who my boat manufacturer is? It's not on the title nor written on the side of the boat hull anywhere. There is a serial number scr37010L485.

When I do a HIN search, it looks like Stealthcraft would have made it... but they started way after 1985 - 2010 by the HIN decoder I used.

I have some wiring issues and I'm guessing knowing who made the hull would be helpful. If I'm wrong, please advise where I can get the wiring info I need to fix my issues. Or if all wiring is generic, info on how to find that would be gladly accepted.

Looks like they (Stealthcraft) were in business from 1976 - 1993. Then someone else bought the company and made boats under a different name, but used the same MIC code (pre-fix to the HIN). The boat was made in December of 1985.

I do not think knowing the boat manufacturer, which you now do, will help with the wiring. You will probably have to figure that out by yourself and with some guidance from others.

The only wiring information will be what you find out yourself, at this point if it's bad just pull it all out and redo it.
