Boat Insurance in New York ???????

Hi, what appears to be the best way to get boat insurance in NY, from a major insurance company or from an independent agent or a company that insures boats only if such a company exist?

i got mine from boatus found them right here on iboats there were about 300$ a year cheper then progressive and i got a catalog

Boat US is the way to go. I have checked with other companys and no one compares coverage and price.

Thanks for the referral to US Boat, I'll check it out. I just changed my car insurance from Allstate to GEICO, same coverage and better road service, saved $500 a year, not too shabby. <br />When allstate says you're in good hands I think I know what their hands are holding onto.
