boat jumps

I just bought 1990 bayliner capri 120 force engine while in drive every 2 to 6 seconds the motor jumps seller says everything was rebuilt they now think it is a electrical problem this does not sound like a electrical problem to me any idea's

I agree.. If you can't fix it, force it..<br /><br />You don't want the force motor.
