boat lift

Hi all, I have an '04 Glastron GS 249 and am needing a boat lift which I've never purchased before. I'm assuming they're based on boat size and weight. The boat is @ 25' and weighs approximately 4500lbs. Can anyone recommend the most suitable brand/size for this boat? Thanks, Charlie

Brand depends on what is available in your area, go to the dealer and have them recommend you one. Even if you decide to buy used then you'll know what you need. Just make sure to get something with more weight capacity than you need. It really sucks to be cranking a near max capacity boat up on the lift.
