Boat pulls left as speed increases

I have a 1993 Bayliner Classic 2225. Mecruiser 4.3 I/O. At slow speeds (less than 10MPH) steering is fine. As speed increases it becomes increasingly difficult to turn right. When the boat is on a plane it's not possible to keep it moving in a straight line. Steering is responsive at low speeds and turns to the left at all speeds. I've checked the prop and lower unit for damage and made sure the trim tabs were both fully raised. This one has got me puzzled. Any ideas or hints greatly appreciated.
