we recently went out and broke down but we had aspare engine to get back in and aradio and flares which fortunatly we didnt have to use but saying this no one checks to see wether you have got all this and i think you should be checked we passed 2 or 3 police patrol boats and not one even tried to stop us to check i know where we go we pass the navel dock yards you would think with all the sucurity hype that they would see who is on the boat at least
