Boat Sits Unevenly on 5 Starr Trailer

For the past year, my 20' Chap has been sitting unevenly on our single axle 5 Starr roller trailer and is dangerously close to wheel well on one side. Took boat and trailer to the only dealer at the lake and they are as clueless as I am. They were moving the rollers an inch or two in and out from the frame and this made little difference and when they moved the rollers further from the frame toward the center, it made the boat height issue worse.

Rollers are evenly spaced from frame and I don't know what happened to cause this unevenness to occur. I'd like to raise the boat height by two-three inches and straighten out the way the boat sits. The guys at the dealer wanted to lower the wheels well on the one side and I said "no way."

Closest other dealer is about 150 miles away and I don't want to tow the boat like this. Any suggestions to fix or improve the problem would be appreciated.

Posting some pics will help getting an idea of what you have.

A few shots down the length of the bottom and side might get a few ideas your way.

this may sound stupid, but:
do you launch at the same ramp all the time? there is a ramp by me that is a little crooked and everytime we load up there the boat is crooked. if we load on the other side its fine.

We do load at the same ramp every single time. Perhaps I'm pulling the trailer too far back into an area that is not visable and uneven. I'll try to move up a bit. The clearance issue remains, however.

In fact, when we took it to the marina for the attempted adjustment, the boat did not appear to lean, although the clearance between the two wheel wells was about 1" on the starboard and 3" on the port. The mechanic was moving both sets of stern rollers in and out with little to no change. If anything, it made it a little worse. He asked me what to do next. That's when I decided to leave it alone until I got some sound advice. I reviewed the 5 Starr manual and it's useless. Trailer's pretty new (3 years old) and never hit anything (purchased new).

I can't get pics right now as the boat is 150+ miles away. The outer edges of the hull on both sides are evenly over each wheel with about 2-3" of overhang on each side. Measurements from the drain plug to the inside trailer frame on each side is even. I was thinking of moving the stern rollers toward the center by a few inches but don't know whether the bow rollers should also be moved since the problem is more in the stern.
