boat slip/1000 islands area

just returned from mini vacation in 1000 islands area. well, i'm hooked. can anyone recommend a marina that i can slip a 19ft. runabout? i'm considering the alexandria bay/clayton area.

Might also try French Creek Marina in Clayton. They have really been fixing this place up over the past few years and also afford accommodations for camping so that you can keep a good eye on your boat. <br /><br />Kevin

Try Canadian side.<br />Gananoque etc.<br />Clayton is 30-45 minutes away by boat.<br />Your $ is worth more up here.

as a matter of fact i visited gananoque this past friday. that's quite a marina u have there, the one down where they have the boat tours. i didn't inquire about a slip though.
