Sounds like it has water logged foam beneath your deck. A small hole in the bottom, rain water, or someway water is getting into your floatation foam.<br /><br />Mine did the same thing, leaned to one side bad. The foam was saturated with water. Need to remove old foam, repair leak or figure out how water got in, and then put in new foam.<br /><br />This will also kill your fuel consumption big time, plus over time, the water WILL rot out the stringers if it hasn't already. Just one of the ailments of Bayliner in that period of production.<br /><br />Good Luck.....SS
