Hello, I recently got a Stratos Bass Boat with a 115hp Evinrude motor. The other day I was having trouble getting the motor to start up when I first went out. I revved it up. And then something happened and it won't go into gear. It's driven by foot pedal. The problem is it won't go from neutral to forward or reverse. Can anyone tell me what this might be? I don't know much about motors and don't have any idea what it might be or how much to fix. Thank you very much.
