Last year at this time,i was working and got a early out. Just as i walked in the door,my friend called me from a super walmart and said there was shopping carts full of fishing poles and lures and boat stuff for 75% off.I rushed down there and loaded up a full cart of cool stuff. I still have many things today that are new with price tags still on.

Long story short,if you find any great deals like these anywhere.Let iboaters know about it,include the website,store,city,day, items and all other info you can, so we can all come and get great deals.

Oh, I have a good one. Check out the deals on boating accessories at Gander Mountain stores during November thru January. This is when they are moving inventory at 25-50% discounts! They rotate the merchandise several times, so the deals change. I go back every 3-4 weeks during the winter. Here are some examples. Two years ago I bought a trailerable cover for my bowrider for $70. It normally retailed for $140. The following year I bought a hitch pin for .99 cents, a telescopic aluminum paddle for $9.99, a plastic prop wrench for $4.99 and a $90 flare gun kit that was a year old (3 year flares) for $35! This year I've scored equally as well thus far. I just picked up a $160 prop for $75! Ran out of money on that visit, but I'm going back next week to grab a Cobra handheld VHF. Retails for $50...was marked down to $29.99! Usually Gander is overpriced on their brand apparel and other junk like hunting accessories and ammo, but I LOVE a great boating deal. Shhh, don't tell anyone!

Yes, we all know it is the end of the season however, it is no reason to bait people into breaking the forum rules and sending people outside of iboats.
