here yeller, come back yeller... best dog-gone boat<br />in the east. <br />or:<br />yeller as a flower, on the back a merc tower of<br />power...<br /> <br />yes, she is gone, sold yesterday. happy or sad day?<br />never realized how bad I would feel about being<br />boatless, even though it's only for about 30 days<br />(new (old) 22' Islander is waiting for MY pick-up)<br />add to this, wifey-poo was real unhappy since the<br />boat is a creampuff and has been a reliable pal.<br /><br />might have to pick up the new boat sooner to make<br />the seller's remorse go away?<br />any support groups avail? LOL

I've been boatless since Oct., first time in 17 years.(I'm 27). Realized I can afford to get into it again, now I cant find what I want. I always bought a newer boat before I sold the old boat but new wife and house put a stop to that. I'm pretty bummed, summer is right around the corner. Looking for a cheap twin engine 23-27' runabout, (older Formula or Wellcraft Nova etc) so if you see anything in your neck of the woods.......

Funny- I'm showing my 23 Nova next weekend to an extremely anxious buyer. Owned it since 1986. It'll be kind of a happy/sad thing to see it go. Lots of great memories, but the time is right to let her go (I think....).

At one time I went boatless for about six months... Very strange time... Actually had no credit card bills and some pocket money for a change durring that six months... wierd... <br /><br />Last Nautique I had, tore my heart out to sell her... Now, a couple boats later, I still miss that boat..

I just bought a new boat. I could not get rid of my old beer can (12' aluminim). She kept me sane and on the water for the last 19 years. I would let her go to a young prospective boater though...

Mercrewser-<br />I'm between Philly and Lancaster, but I've accepted the guys offer and have a deposit in hand. He'll be picking it up in a few weeks.<br /><br />BTW- it wasn't cheap, and I thought you wanted a twin engine boat.....
