Runs fine just in gear. I have to fight to get it going faster. It boggs down. I an get it up and going but its hard because it boggs down. When that happens I have a strong fuel smell like its flooded out. Then when I do get it going, it backfires and runs sloppy. Changed spark plugs, fuel line, fuel filter. Was a little water when I changed it two weeks ago but changed it again and not water. 5.7 GS PEFS. Its has a carb and elec fuel pump. Help. First time thi has happened
