bogging under load, wont plane

i have a yamaha 3.1 225 2001 model vx225tlrz i had it rebuilt when a cylender over heated since rebuilt it boggs at hole shot sometimes you can trim motor all the way up and get enough rpms to plane out runs good after planeing out but come back to idle it boggs again i had a crank position code and replaced that changed low preasure pumps cleand vst tank compression is good and spark is good had tsp set im out of ideas any help would be great thanks daryl stewart
