Bolt pattern on my trailer

Iam new to the site and frist time boat owner i bought a 1973 cobalt and im trying to buy a spare its four lug and a tandam axle trailer i also was wondering how many numbers should be in the vin because theres no info plate thanks for any help

Take one of your tires/wheels to Northern Tools or Tractor Supply or similar store for exact replacement, plus lots of other trailer supplies, including bearings, seals, etc. Now would be a good time to check, clean,grease all wheel bearings. If tires are more than 4 years old or showing signs of age/cracking, might be good to replace them all before you go ripping off down the interstate! Good Luck!
