After resealing my lower unit, i noticed that behind the prop one of the screws from the lower unit got lodged in between the prop wall and the hub. I cant seem to get it out and was curious if i should take it to a prop shop and have it removed. What issues can arise if i leave it there, it doent seem to be hurting anything, its just kinda hanging out. Thanks

Oh, I'd get it out of there. Once you start running, the vibration will loosen it and who knows what'll happen. It's probably just wedged tightly in there. Use something for a fulcrum that spans the area, then use an appropriate tool to pry it out. Look three times, then pry once.

Even better, post a photo of the problem here, and we can make even more specific suggestions.

I tried to pry it out yesterday and i swear its tight as all hell in there. Its very hard to get anything in there to pry with due to the tight space. Ill post a picture when i get home and let you all take a look. I am thinking about just punting at this point and taking it to a prop shop. I can have them look over the whole thing and fix any other issues. Seriously how much could it cost to have them remove a stuck bolt?
