Bonanza Boat Corp (BMC) anyone ever heard of it?

I believe it is out of Oklahoma back in the 1970's (Boat is a trihull 1976 with a 165 mercruiser). I know I contacted them back int the mid 80's for a canvas part but other than that, have never seen another BMC boat. It looks like many of he trihulls from that era and not sure if it just a rebadged boat. Anyone else have this boat, if so still running?
