Hey Bondo, how long at mid 20's would it take to damage motor? I just drained mine to be safe, (Boston), but curious. I would think anything less than almost solid ice wouldn't be drastic.

I ran it at 1000rpms for an hour and then changed the oil. Good and clean. I ran it a couple more hours and changed it again and it was clean. Run it a few more hours and still looks good. No water leaks anywhere.....yet.lol

The jacket doesnt hold a lot of water. I think 25 would freeze a gallon of water overnight

Re: Bondo

My Mentor always told me that 6hrs at 28* is Enough to Do Damage..............
Now, He was talking about Bulldozers,+ Whatnot,....
But I Believe a motor in a trailer boat would be the same,...... A Dock boat could take More Cold,... Longer.......

I Suppose that a Long Enough Time,......31.5* Will Do Damage................. ;)
