Bonito Falcon Royale 36...I Think

Hi all,

I have just bought a boat for restoration. The previous owner bought it from a customs auction so had no history for it.

I believe it?s a Bonito Falcon Royale and it?s 36 feet.

I would like to find any information available for these boats and the builders. I would also like to find any technical data possible. I can?t even find the HIN number, although I have looked in all the obvious places.

Please give any information possible. I can email larger photos if needed.

Hey Peter, cool ride. Looks like thin pickin's as far as info available out there . . . What powerplants? I saw references to twin 454s. What drives? Year?

This is not meant to be antagonistic at all, but what would you do with the info if you had it? I am always curious about this as I can't see what there is to know that will help with a restore. Except for windshields, and even then, most boats are all generic components, materials etc.

I was struggling with the length too, but there are Bonito Falcon Royale 36's out there.

Hi Peter,

I had one of these a couple of years ago, didn't have much info but it was easy enough to get back together (was a wreck when I bought it), since the day I sold it I've regretted it!

What do you need to know, I pretty much rebuilt mine and never ran into any issues on parts etc?
