Bosch equivalent fuel regulator?

Hi.. I've tried to cross reference part numbers in google and on the boards.. can't seem to find anything despite them looking identical and matching in pressure hold. Can anyone 100% confirm this Bosch part (0280160575) is an exact match for the Volvo Penta Part (3858967)?

I cannot say for sure on the cross reference, although the part looks similar to the VP Part.

My comment is this.

I believe there is a service bulletin that says to remove the small wire mesh screen you see on this part.
I was having fuel delivery issues on my engine. (5.7G) I carefully cut out the screen and my issues went away.
Perhaps you do not need a new fuel pressure regulator at all, just the screen removed.

My screen was clogged with a fine metal -- probably a result of ethanol in the gasoline.

Thanks Dale.. well aware of the screen getting gummed up and also the service bulletin.. I did purchase the recommended eclip and started getting 50PSI at the rail again. I just need to figure out what's up with the 20PSI at the low side now.
