Howdy, Biloxi.

That model, which was sometimes called a 22', was a great offshore boat, but:

Like all classic Boston Whalers it pounds when run fast in rough seas.

Light, fast, ultra stable and extremely elegant (in my eyes) for a 21/22' CC, it would be my first choice in a trailerable 20-25' offshore fisherman.

You can collect more informed advice and actual user experience at www.continuouswave.com

Good luck. :)

Thanks for the quick reply JB. Sounds like you have a bit of experience with Whalers?? A guy has his for sale here in our area for $4K, need to check values and see it in ball-park.

Wheeeew! Had me worried for a minute... :D

My Tiger's good.. She's all done except for some little things (a seat cusion and a cd player ;) )... She eats up a nasty sea like its nuttin, a little spray off the bow at times though...

Yep on the 302 and manifolds.. ;)

sorry on getting the thread on a side track..

Biloxidriver.

Unless the boat is thoroughly trashed and without power or trailer it is worth more than $4K.

In decent shape, with running power and usable trailer they go for $6K to $12K.

Good luck. :)
