hello i need to raise my waterline paint. because the previous owner painted the bottom paint, too low.<br /><br />what grade sand paper i need to rough up the gelcoat.???<br /><br />also there is an old blue streak above the water line, that need to go i want to paint on a nice streak with interlux paint any info on these two will be very great thanks.
