Bottom Paint

I have been painting the whole bottom of my boat each year with anti-fouling paint for years. I am hearing that it's only neccessary to "touch-up" where needed.

Any/all opinions welcome......if I don't need to crawl under the trailer anymore I won't be upset.

If you are in salt water for the season, a fresh coat - even if it is a very light coat - is probably your best approach. You could try some touch-up only and see how it goes . . .
