We'll Murphy has sure messed up my plans for this weekends fixit job. I have a runabout with grabrails on the bow made from stainless tubing and 60 deg standoffs.
The front zinc standoffs have corroded pretty badly and I just wanted to replace the front two after many years in service.
Unfortunately I discovered that the height of the factory standoffs is higher thant those available commonly today. My old ones are 2.5" from the deck to the top of the rail. New ones are ~2". So I resigned myself to replacing all 6 to get the height correct.

I have now discovered that the bolting pattern is slightly different as well. Those available from west marine have 1" bolt centres and my old ones had 7/8" centres.
Does anyone know where I might by the old style? Someone told me they are old Perkos but I haven't found anything.
If I have to redrill, does anyone have any good advice to rerill a hole for a 10-32 a short 1/8" from the original hole?
Also, the ones available from the local chandler do not have set screws. Any advice for keeping things secure without them?
