Bow repair question

so I recently bought a boat and the bow cover piece has a few rivots that have broke through. One in each corner. Question is how do i repair this? Can I use the prexisting holes? What do I all need for tools? How do I know what size rivots I need?

If you're having issues with just two I would drill them out and install some flat head machine screws, carriage bolts or elevator bolts, use stainless.

Just find something that bare feet won't catch or cut on.

Make sure the frame under it is still in good shape.
