Not sure I want to attach transducer to my bow mount trolling motor. Would like to have it separate from trolling motor.
Looks like most transducer pole mounts are designed for kayaks. Anyone know of manufacturer that makes them for
say bass boats?

Curious - Why don't you want to mount the transducer on the trolling motor?

I am new to using these electronics and have heard the trolling motor can cause electrical interference with the
fish finder. Looks like it may be a pain to route cable through my trolling motors moving parts as a secondary hesitation.

There are trolling motors with built in transducers and tens of thousands of TMs with transducers mounted on the motor housing - All working just fine with no interference.

The cable is never routed through the moving parts of the mount. Cable is secured to the shaft with enough slack to change the depth of the TM and to tilt the TM to the parked and operating positions.

If you mount the transducer on a pole, there is a very high likelyhood you will forget to pull the pole up when you get underway. That puts a lot of stress on that pole and it is likely to disappear under your boat, go through the prop and then you have massive interference. Put it on the troller and go fishing.
