Brake judder

[SWD]

Rebuilt the trailer last year and got new brakes all way round including an actuator. Bled the brakes....now when applying the brakes lightly I get this juddering noise from the hubs. Any ideas? Full on application works fine. Do I need to readjust again? Whats the procedure for this?

If they're drum brakes you might have installed the primary and secondary shoes in reverse positions.

Yes they are drums but I got two LHS units and 2 RHS. What do you mean by primary and secondary?

I think I'm going to take off the drums and check things out tomorrow.
