Brake Leak

I have a 2007 Ezloader trailer. The flex hose (swing tongue) from the master cylinder cracked over the winter and needs to be replaced. I am looking for a manual, video or instructions on how to replace it. The lake I go to is down hill from my place so I realy need the surge brakes.

Ayuh,..... Welcome Aboard,..... It ain't rocket science, unscrew the broken piece, screw in a new one, 'n bleed the brakes,.....

Bondo, Thanks but the problem is can't get a wrench on the fittings.

Are they buried inside the tube of your frame?

Can you post a few pictures? Is Isaacson your last name?

You might have to undo the line at the brake actuator and pull the line out so you can get at the broken one.

Is the flex line installed something like this?

Looks like you got to disconnect the line from the surge brake master cylinder, and then from the closest line coupler on the frame in order to pull the flex line out to replace it . . .
