i just bought a 77 glastron bowrider with a mercruiser 888 i/o (302 v8), it was winterized last year by marina and they left 5 little brass water drain plugs in a bag..i have no idea where they go....is there a diagram or some information on the location of these?

Block, exhaust manifolds, and riser elbows. Figure out where the holes are, they should be easy to find.

two in block, one in each exhaust manifold, and should be one in each riser, if not in the risers, then oil cooler

They should not have been left out. At least according to the manual.
