Bravo 1 oil leak

Hey guys. I have a Baja H2x with a Bravo 1 outdrive. I had to replace the lower due to theft. I put the lower and upper together and used the o ring. I have drive oil coming out from where the water pick up is. Any ideas? Have I done something wrong?

What is the drive serial number?

Could be a couple things, O rings slipped out of place, incompatible lower with up
