I have had this on going problem with my drive loosing abit of oil thru the season. Half a cup over 100 hours the first season. Pressure checked out fine the first winter I pulled the drive. No water in gear case. No big deal. Slightly more season 2. No water in gear case. This season I've got less than 10 hours on it, and it's already down to the add line. No sign of the oil anywhere in the engine room. Don't see oil anywhere. Any idea where the weak link is on this system? Should I pressure it up at the resevoir?

Re: bravo 2 leak

does it continually leak lube, or you top it off once in the spring then you are okay??

i have seen drives that leak only under a load/certain rpm at the propshaft seals i.e. they "pass" a pressure test - 15 + psi for 10 + mins while turning shafts, even held psi overnight
