Bravo 3 Outdriver

Have an '04 Merc. 5.0 with a bravo 3 all with less than 150 hrs kept on a lift. After a day on the intercoastal I tried to raise the outdrive and it made binding sounds and only traveled 3" 0r 4". Tried several times but it would only return to full down and raise the short distance. Came back later and tried the trailer switch and it made the same binding noise but went all the way up. .then it was able to go up and down with either switch but still made the noise.

Check the fluid level on the outdrive hydraulic pump. Fill as needed.
