Bravo III Part Question

I am trying to track down what parts are needed to fix the missing nut/washer in the images attached. I also attached the side that is fine. Any help is much appreciated!

Items 15, 16, 17 and 18 for rear pin
Items 21, 22, 23 and 24 for front pin
(Items 18 and 24 are same item)
