Bravo vs Bravo Diesel Transom Assembly?

Does anyone know the differences between a Bravo vs Bravo Diesel transom assembly? I know the diesel version has an extra hole for something that's currently plugged and the exhaust bellows looks different. I bought a bellows kit for a regular Bravo transom assembly, will it work for the Bravo Diesel?

Some not all diesels use a bypass fitting (like 7.3). A plug is removed from the inside of the assembly and the fitting is installed. The bellows are the same for gas and diesel
