bravo1 shift cable replacement

I want to do the work myself..Question is when I pull the drive off...Will I lose the engine/drive alinement...And if so with the alinement tool..<br />What is the correct way to realine the two together...And any other input on this will be great..............Thanks

Pulling the Drive Doesn't Alter the alignment..........<br />But,<br />That Is the time to Check it.......<br /><br />Alignment to Adjusted by turning the Front Motor Mounts........

Being that your boat is fiberglass and the stringers are wood, the engine will settle over time. Especially after all the hard wake hits that many boats endure. That is what changes the engine to drive alignment and why it must be checked often.
