My trim gauge was showing 1/4 from being all the way down. I decided to measure the rams in the full UP position 24 5/8”. According to the manual this should be 21 3/4” from center of the rams. Is there going to be enough adjustment on the port side trim adjustment to lower this distance 3”? Also, what is the distance of the rams in the “full in position? Any help would be greatly appreciated as we have our first outing scheduled for this Saturday.,

That's just a sender adjustment on the starboard side of the gimbal ring. It affects nothing but the gauge.

This is not the full UP position, it's the limit of TRIM.

Yes, you just turn the limit switch. If the screws don't allow it to move far enough, remove the screws, pull the sender out and rotates it 60degrees and put it back in. Then continue with the adjustment procedure.

Also, what is the distance of the rams in the “full in position? Any help would be greatly appreciated as we have our first outing scheduled for this Saturday.,

The distance for full IN is when the rams are fully collapses. There's not measurement specified in the book.

BTW, :welcome: to iboats....

The manual shows the lift cylinder dimensions of 21 3/4” from the center of bolts to center of the bolts as the full trim up position (not trailer mode). My current setup is over 25” in the full up position. If I lower this limit switch to 21 3/4” that only leaves me 3” of down trim before contacting the stop pin. Does this sound right?

That does sound right if you have the limiters in the bottom ends of the rams still in place... (stops too much 'tuck-in' to avoid bow-steer)....
