How many times did Clinton shake up his staff? I believe the first time was in Jan of 1994 when he replaced chief of staff Mack Mclarty with Leon Panetta and David Gergen going to the state Dept. <br /> Bush should have shaken this bunch up long ago. As for as him being hounded by the press, people from the left etc.well he hasnt had nearly the harassment as Bill Clinton.
