I called Brinkman costumer service to ask how many amps their spotlight uses. You can?t talk to someone when you call; you have to leave your number so they can call you back later. When they finally called me back I ask my question and they transferred me to the flashlight department. I ask my question to the flashlight department and they transferred me back to the customer service automated menu where the only thing you can do is leave your number so they can call you back later.
I see more and more of this stuff in society; it?s aggravating.
Why is it so hard to find out how many amps their 3 mil cp spot light uses. Of course is really easy to place an order.

I suppose there isn't any info on or in the lite saying how many watts it pulls.
Just curious.

I read all the English in the manual and it didnt say anything about watts. It just said, "Do not shine into face"

Re: Brinkman customer service is sad

I have a Brinkman 2 Mil Q Beam and I am just wondering why you want to know? Are you wanting to know how many amps or watts the charger pulls?
My charger says it has an output of 14 watts 15v DC 600mA. My book also tells which Bulb to use and it's value but no mention of Amps. Probably the reason for the runaround is that they don't know but don't want to admit that.
