Hello. I have a dual axle trailer by heritage with a trailer buddy by LIFP axle. While adding grease this weekend, one of my fitting did not want to release. When it finally did, the whole piece came with it. I will attach a pic to show what I am talking about. What is the process on fixing this correctly? Thank you all!

That's a bearing Buddy, just replace it. Remove the old, install new

Keep in mind, the bearing buddy is only lubing the front. If water gets in behind the rear seal it will rust out the bearing even when it looks full of grease

Thanks alldodge! I noticed my trailer used the Trailer Buddy brand. Would it be ok to replace that one hub with a buddy bearing instead of going back to a trailer buddy? I’ve measured it and it’s the common 1.98.
