Which bolt? Zinc on the transom or the one above the prop?

If you are talking about the one on the transom shield (the part of the drive that bolts to the transom) you will be fine to run without it. Just get it fixed ASAP to prevent aluminum corrosion.

This Zinc is bolted the the Gimbal housing block where the four SS Trim hose go. It
Fits under transom near the trim cylinder hydraulics
There are two bolts One still on and one broken
I hope I explained the problem better this time
http://www.boatzincsdirect.com/support/alpha_1.cfm
Here is a link
Thanks Again

The part that the two bolts go into - is called an oil manifold - it is aluminum. You will never get broken bolt out.

Put a big dab of 5200 marine sealer in center of new zink to help hold - and use the one bolt -let sit for 24 hours.
It will hold.
