Broken Prop

I have a 450 SeaRay Sundancer with Zeus drives. On two occasions about one year apart I have had a blade break off of my starboard prop. I was in 20 feet of water both times and the remaining three blades didn't show any damage indicating that I hit something. Any idea what could be causing this? Seems like too much of a coincidence.

Other then the blade broke off the same side both tikes there are no other clues. With only the one clue I would check the drive to see if there is something causing some vibrations
